ABOUT ME

I'm Gary. I founded Vertical Business Coaching as a sophisticated solution to taking your business to the next level.

I was operating a mid-size tech company, but I couldn't figure out how to grow to the next "middle" size. I found thousands of consultants out there for large corporations and small businesses, but what about us guys in the middle? I wanted someone who understood the growing pains of a big-and-growing company.

After growing and selling my tech business, I decided to become that coach. I work with those companies who are looking to grow two, three, or five levels bigger than they are now. Vertical is all about growth, no matter where you're starting from.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

The best leaders are always looking to grow. Focusing on your own personal and professional development will in turn help your team and business blossom. In this program, we assess your leadership style and give you the tools to take your organizational management to the next level.

TEAM COACHING

I also offer small to large team coaching. I'll come into your business to assess how the team works together, and we'll create a customized plan for coaching. This often includes team meetings, individualized coaching sessions, and small events to bring people together.
